We are really getting excited about the Family Preparedness Fair Saturday April 20th, 10am to 1pm at the Maricopa Arizona LDS Stake Center.  It has been a lot of work getting all the Wards and the Maricopa Fire and Police Departments involved and ready for the Fair but it will be worth it.  Besides being the coordinators, LouAnn and I have our Ward's booth which is Bread Making using your food storage and Food Safety.  I just finished grinding the Hard White Wheat I will be using for the bread.

 Tomorrow is bread baking day.  We will also be baking some bread at the Fair to get the fresh baked bread smell.  We are going to be baking and serving samples of whole wheat rolls from Kim's recipe, whole wheat bread from Nancy's recipe, Chef Tess' Sweet New Zealand Maori Bread and Artisan Free-Form Bread.  We will have the recipes there as a handout. 

We will post pictures of the fair.  Come by and see all the booths and have a fun morning.
